Cato Networks introduces new partner program to simplify managed SASE services
Cloud networking company Cato Networks Ltd. today announced a new partner platform that eliminates the complexity of delivering managed Secure Access Service Edge services.
Called the Cato MSASE Partner Platform, the new platform is been designed to allow channel partners to rapidly deliver and profit from management SASE services. The platform gives partners vendor-level insight, control and knowledge to empower them to deliver differentiated managed SASE services efficiently, the company says.
Cato Networks argues that while SASE service adoption is significantly growing across enterprises, channel partners encounter challenges when attempting to profit from managed SASE services. Currently, Cato says, most offerings labeled SASE consist of multiple-point products marketed as a single solution, requiring partners to stock, integrate and train on diverse technologies at significant cost. When issues arise, partners often lack the visibility and knowledge to troubleshoot the problems themselves, leaving little room for partners to focus on delivering great customer service.
The new partner platform addresses these concerns by allowing partners to quickly get to market and profit from managed SASE services while delivering superior service and support, according to the company. With the platform, which includes a centralized multi-tenant partner dashboard, channel partners can manage the complete customer lifecycle from planning through deployment and into production.
“With the Cato MSASE Partner Platform, we’re transforming how the channel can deliver [SASE] services,” said Frank Rauch, global channel chief at Cato Networks. “Channel partners now have vendor-level powers over licensing, account management, visibility and more, which will empower them to be more efficient and profitable. With Cato, the channel delivers a superior SASE experience for their customers.”
Cato MSASE allows channel partners to service their customers more effectively, with full access to Cato’s first-line support tools for exceptional responsiveness. Playbooks offered as part of the platform allow partners to resolve customer problems by simplifying troubleshooting and improving incident response. Users also gain access to the Cato knowledge base with insight into the Cato SASE Cloud.
As part of the platform, partners also gain access to Cato AI tools that make network and security operations centers more efficient.
Cato Networks notes that Cato MSASE benefits channel partners by providing them with access to internal tools and insights. An optimized go-to-market engine helps partners build out new managed SASE services or incorporate SASE into their existing managed services and partners can get to market more quickly with pre-sales and sales enablement tools, co-brandable collateral and ready-to-use marketing campaigns.
